Accepting these terms

By using winradius.co.uk or requesting a visibility audit, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service is

WinRadius provides a free, automated assessment of how visible a local business appears to be across search, maps and AI assistants, together with suggested improvements.

The audit is produced automatically from publicly available signals and the details you enter. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

No guarantee of results

• Scores and estimates are indicative only, not measurements of guaranteed traffic, rankings or revenue.
• Search engines and AI assistants control their own results; no one can guarantee a ranking position.
• Findings may be incomplete or out of date, and should be checked against your own records before you act on them.
• Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.

Acceptable use

We may rate-limit, suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

• Only audit businesses you own, work for, or otherwise have permission to represent.
• Give accurate details — do not impersonate another business or person.
• Do not scrape, bulk-request, resell or systematically extract audits or site content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful or to harass a competitor.

Your content and your report

You keep ownership of the business details you submit. You grant us permission to process them to generate your report, to contact you about it, and to use anonymised, aggregated insights that cannot identify you or your business.

Your report is provided for your own business use. You may share it internally or with your advisers, but you may not resell it or present it as your own product.

Our intellectual property

The WinRadius name, branding, site design, audit methodology and report format belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on an audit.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to £100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your submission of details for a business you were not authorised to represent.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops; the current version was last updated on 26 August 2026. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
